Training programme for HR professionals and Managers

The main objectives of the Training Programme are to:

raise awareness on the significance of hybrid approaches to work arrangements in the current labour market
equip managers and HR professionals with skills and knowledge for making hybrid work arrangements successful and inclusive
prepare leaders, managers and HR practitioners to adopt and adapt the project resources to their work environments’ needs
assist the target group in making their physical work environment supportive of digital inclusion
assist the target group in addressing their organisations’ employee wellbeing needs within a hybrid work environment
